The book Cesta houby: Návrat k rovnováze is wonderful, it is full of practical information and advice. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to better understand themselves and their health. MycoCoffee is excellent, I have it in the morning around ten o'clock, it is a small ritual for me that I really look forward to... I have ordered two more packs. I started taking MycoComplex on the recommendation in MycoMagazín, regular use during August should strengthen immunity against the first fluctuations in weather and prepare the body for the viral season. I have not used Hericium yet, but I give five stars for the speed of delivery
