MyStress is a combination of herbs and mushrooms that relaxes and harmonizes the psyche and resolves problems associated with the somatization of long-term stress.
The liver is a sensitive organ. Its Qi is yang, while the body is yin. Their job is to maintain the body's patency to get the Qi and blood to where it needs to go. Increased stress puts high demands on the body and takes away excessive amounts of Qi and blood. When it is necessary to tap into reserves, it is done through the Spleen's great junction and also from the blood reserve in the Liver. Because blood is yin, a lack of it in the Liver leads to "Liver hardening". Excessive yang Qi causes restlessness, irritability, inability to relax, and also impaired recovery and fatigue. If this condition lasts longer, insomnia and restless dreams are added.
The second indication for the use of MyStress is stress somatization, a condition where prolonged uncompensated stress leads to physical problems. Most often these are digestive and elimination problems, with added pain at various points in the body, especially in the back.
The basis of the blend is a combination of vital mushrooms Reishi and Hericium to induce the mental well-being necessary to replenish the blood. The herbal part is based on a blend of Suan Zao Ren Wan, designed to replenish the Liver blood, clear hotness and improve sleep. We have added turmeric and shahor to release the Liver Qi and direct its Qi downwards. This combination is effective for excessive agitation or hysteria. Mimosa sensitivity together with vitood calms the Shen spirit and improves mental function. The blend is supplemented with lemon balm, which removes hotness and irritability, corrects urination and improves mental well-being.
MyStress mainly addresses psychological and digestive problems associated with stress and exhaustion.
MycoStress is a gentle blend used to relieve stresses in the stomach and chest area or a milder form of PMS.
MycoSomat has a more pronounced action on blockages of the blood with greater manifestations of heat, sweating, gynecological and psychosomatic problems.
