Recipe use according to traditional Chinese medicine:

Description:

Combination of herbs and mushrooms harmonizing digestion and stomach. Stomachic.

Digestion involves the Spleen and Stomach, assisted by the Liver. The Stomach processes the food, the Spleen extracts the essence of the food and sends it upwards, the Liver provides the passage. A problem of one organ will manifest itself as a whole in poor digestion and emptying.

The base of the blend is Hericium and herbs to aid digestion and stir up Qi, or dry up dampness. Herbs addressing fullness and fire are the next group. Melia (Chuan Lian Zi) drains and passes through Liver heat and removes pain. Coptis disperses heat and fire and prevents overheating and the creation of damp heat.

The spectrum of use of the blend is wide and includes a combination of stress and digestive problems, especially the Stomach. It is suitable, for example, for students before exams or at times of increased prolonged stress, manifested by an inappetence, a clenched stomach and an irritable bowel.

A modern blend for the hurried person who does not have time to stop, eat in peace, is overwhelmed with work and works under long-term stress.
