Digestion, fatigue, metabolism, heart and blood vessels, Spleen system, Heart system, Lung system
A combination of herbs and mushrooms to support the functions of the Spleen according to Chinese medicine.
The Spleen is the organ responsible for converting food into Qi and blood. Qi and blood is a kind of fuel that our body needs in order to function. So the spleen is a very important organ. If it is weakened, it does not produce enough Qi and blood and our body starts to languish. Which will manifest itself in various symptoms. First of all, it will start to conserve energy, slow down its functioning and reduce redundant functions. We perceive this as fatigue.
Furthermore, we can observe in a weakened Spleen a weakened digestive process, bloating, diarrhea, cravings for sweets, overweight or excessive weight loss, lack of appetite, etc.
The Spleen is responsible not only for processing food, but also for processing information. If the Spleen is weakened, one tends to overthink (overthink).
Weakened, it also produces excessive moisture, which we perceive as discharge or constipation.
The mushrooms used in the blend, work with the moisture and strengthen the Spleen. Claw and Atractylus replenish the Qi of the Spleen, Stomach and Lungs. The hawthorn fruit supports digestion and, together with bigaradia, promotes the proper functioning of the intestinal tract.
