Description:
A prescription for disharmony between the Liver and Spleen when wind and/or heat bother the Heart.
Imbalance between the Liver and Spleen is one of the most common problems, especially in children. Liver stagnation generates heat and a weakened Spleen generates mucus. The Spleen does not produce enough blood, which is the substrate for the spirit of Shen. The emptiness of the blood gives rise to an inner wind that harasses the Shen spirit and leads to restlessness and insomnia. The blend is especially for children with manifestations such as night restlessness, night terrors, gnashing of teeth in sleep, frightening dreams, headaches, irritability, excessive salivation or congestion.
Indications:
