Application of traditional Chinese medicine recipe:
-moves Qi and blood, stops pain in elbow area
-clears heat from stagnation
-soothes inflammation
Description:
This is an advanced blend specifically formulated for pain in the elbow joint area, which most often comes as so-called tennis elbow.
Excessive or repeated, often unilateral, exertion or strain or injury will restrict the flow of Qi in the pathways and connections that run in the elbow area. In the joint area where the pathways are always narrowed,
it's very easy for stagnation and blockages to form. It is true that as long as there is only stagnation of Qi, the pain is transient, dull. When the Qi stagnation develops into a more severe blockage of the blood, which is already manifested by sharp pain, which is usually spontaneous, or even occurs at night.
The blend contains herbs that enter the pathways and smaller joints and dislodge the blockages. They move the Qi and blood, thus stopping the pain, improving the blood flow to the affected area, which can heal all the better. This is aided by herbs such as peony and quiver, which also nourish the blood by replenishing it. The tissues are soothed and the elbow stops hurting.
