Use of recipe according to traditional Chinese medicine:
-releases blocked Yang
-promotes Qi movement, moves stagnation, stops pain
-transforms and releases phlegm
-opens the chest, removes the feeling of taku and fullness from the presence of mucus
Description:
A simple yet extremely effective blend from the famous Han Dynasty physician Zhang Zhong Jing from his Prescriptions from the Golden Box is a real treasure to treat painful chest obstructions, in this case caused by mucus stagnation. One possible scenario for the onset is a weakening of the overall Yang leading to the accumulation of fluids that later transform into mucus. The latter continues to tend to hold Qi in depth so that Yang cannot emerge, stagnation and mucus production both increase, thus completing the vicious circle. The mixture, by transforming the mucus, making the pathways and junctions in the chest clear and "opening" it, can release the stagnant Qi and Yang can emerge. The vital substance flows freely again, the fullness and pressure in the chest disappear, and we can breathe deeply and without pain.
