Use of the recipe according to traditional Chinese medicine:
-Calming the Spirit Shen and Heart
-compresses the rising Yang
-replenishes and stirs the blood
-settles the Liver and protects the Kidneys
Description:
The original formula is a patented blend from Minshan in which 44% of the blend's composition is pearl mussel shell, a heavy product that settles the rising Yang. Its rise is caused by an overactive mind and the inability to sleep. The Yang rises because it has lost its weakening in the Kidney Yin (this is made up of essence, Yin as such, but mainly blood - the fuel for the spirit of Shen) - its root is weakened. A mixture through herbs like eclipta, bird's beak and rehmannia strengthens it again. Together with pearl mussel, it pushes the Yang down very effectively. The other herbs support this effect and likewise calm the Shen spirit.
The replenishment of the blood through rehmannia and sage is also an important factor, and the latter also stirs it up. Schizandra, the herb of the five tastes, protects everything replenished and connects the Heart with the Kidneys. Therefore, this blend is a very effective remedy for insomnia from too much mental activity, as well as palpitations - the pounding of the heart that occurs at rest, most often when lying down to sleep. This seemingly "we are at peace" and instead we start thinking about things that make us anxious and cause the symptoms mentioned above. The heart - both physical and mental - calms down beautifully after the mixture, and only a deep, refreshing sleep awaits us.
