Application of the recipe according to traditional Chinese medicine:

-relieves blockages of blood in the lumbar region

-relieves pain

-Bi disease (painful damage to the musculoskeletal system, especially joints, from cold, wind and dampness) - expels wind and dampness

-warms the Yang

-strengthens the Kidneys and motor tissues

Description:

It is a well-known fact that the Kidneys - their essence and Yang, are abundantly involved in the nourishment of not only the bones, but also other musculoskeletal tissues such as ligaments and joints. When the Kidneys are weakened, or when there is repeated unilateral strain on the lumbar region, acute (shooting after a "bad" movement, sharp pains that often shoot down to the lower limb) and chronic problems (long term pain in the hips and lower back) can very easily occur.

The blend contains several groups of herbs: 1) blood blockers that are traditionally used for both acute and chronic pain, 2) wind and moisture expelling herbs that both remove swelling and again help relieve pain, and 3) herbs that improve blood flow and nutrition to the lumbar region, strengthening the Kidneys that control the area, both their essence and Yang.

The blend can therefore be used for both acute and chronic pain, not only in the loins but also in the joints, and because of its strong expectorant and analgesic function, it is particularly effective in acute ones.

Indications:

-lumbar pain (rather sharp, acute)

-hip and knee pain

Modern Uses:

-sudden onset sharp pain in the lumbar region propagating to the lower limbs or groin

-urge to urinate

-frequent urination

-weak stream of urine

-dripping urine

Language:

-according to the prevailing image

Pulse:

-by prevailing image

Contraindications:

-not known

Notes:

The problem is usually caused by inappropriate movement or standing in a certain position for a period of time (typically sitting at a computer). Often it is also a unilateral load (carrying a child or heavy objects).

Once something like this has happened to us, it's great to have this mixture in our home medicine cabinet.
